| Abstract: | Taking the award-winning projects of 1st~15th Chinese Patent Golden Award as the research objects, this paper makes deep analysis on the award-winning patents emphatically based on the factors influencing the patent value such as the patent family, patent citation and patent application, and based on this, probes into the problem of how to promote the patent value in practice. |
