| Abstract: | Aiming at the present actual situation of periodical librarians＇ work in some university libraries, this paper proposes the view of humanistic management of periodical librarians, analyzes the necessity and urgency of the humanistic management of periodical librarians, and puts forward some suggestions on implementing the humanistic management of periodical librarians connecting with the working practice. |
