表面活性剂对红细胞膜的作用研究

摘    要:比较了SDS、Tween-80、CTAB三种不同性质的表面活性剂对红细胞膜的溶解破坏能力,探讨了保温时间对三种表面活性剂的溶解作用的影响,结果表明三种表面活性剂对红细胞膜均有一定的溶解破坏作用,破坏能力由强到弱依次为SDS>CTAB>Tween-80;保温时间可影响这三种表面活性剂对红细胞的溶解破坏作用,随着保温时间的延长,CTAB和Tween-80对红细胞的溶解作用逐渐增大,到25分钟时达到最大值,而SDS对红细胞的溶解作用在保温前10分钟里随着保温时间的延长迅速增大,然后增大趋势减缓,在25分钟时也达到最大值。

Abstract:The dissolution ability to erythrocyte membrane has been studied by use of SDS, Tween-80 and CTAB.It was found that they all can dissolve the erythrocyte membrane and SDS was the strongest one, and the next were CTAB, Tween-80. The effects of the holding time on dissolution ability of these kinds of surfactants has been also studied. It was shown that the dissolution ability of these kinds of surfactants was the highest when the holding time was 25 minutes.
