摘    要:新疆各高校正在开展以岗位设置为核心的人事管理制度改革,新疆师范大学作为区属师范类重点大学目前发展步入快车道,正在努力实现跨越式发展,然而现行教职工绩效考核体系已然不适应改革的发展,存在一定问题。文章分析了各高校在深化人事制度改革背景下新疆师范大学绩效考核体系存在的问题及解决的对策建议,为建立科学合理的绩效考核体系,实施“人才兴校战略”奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract:Xinjiang universities are carrying out the reform of the personnel management system ,based on the core of post setting, Xinjiang normal university as a province university at present belongs to normal development into the fast lane, are trying to achieve leapfrog developmen, However, the current staff performance appraisal system has not adapt to the development of the reform, there is a problem. This paper analyzes the universities under the background of deepening the reform of personnel system performance evaluation system of xinjiang normal university problems and solving countermeasures and Suggestions, in order to establish a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system, implement the strategy of “talent hing school” lay a solid foundation.
