胃多参数传感技术的研究

摘    要:提出了一种同时监测胃内压力、pH、温度和体表胃电的方法,分析了所选用的各参数传感器的原理及性能.给出了测试结果和参数定标方程;介绍了运用集成后的传感器进行四参数监测的临床实验的情况.实验表明本研究可望为临床医学和基础医学,尤其是为消化系统早期病变的诊断提供一种新的方法.

Abstract:A method for monitoring the gastric pressure, pH, temperature and electrogastrograph is proposed. An ion-sensitive field effect transistor (ISFET) is used to detect pH,a YH-3 semiconductor diffusion piezoresistive transducer to detect the pressure, a negative temperature coefficient thermistor (NTCT)to detect the temperature,Ag/Agcl sintered biopotential electrodes to detect EGG. Three sensors for the pressure,pH and temperature respectively have been integrated on one probe. The diameter of the probe is smaller than 4 mm and the largest diameter is smaller than 8 mm after the probe is filled with air. The length of the catheter is about 1. 5m. Test results of sensor characteristics are given. All sensors are found to meet the accuracy requirements within the measuring range. They are stable and give fast dynamic response. Clinical results of four-parameter monitoring detected by the integrated sensors are given.
