摘    要:采用柱层析—可见分光光度法测定洛带垃圾场周边水中铬的含量.以2 mg/mL二苯碳酰二肼(DPCI)作为显色剂,于540 nm波长处测定吸光度.结果显示:大部分水样中的铬含量超过生活饮用水水质标准.此法简便、准确、稳定,重现性好且成本较低.

Abstract:Column chromatography-photometry was used to determine content of chromium contained in landfill surrounding of Luodai.Taking 2 mg/ml DPCI ascolor-display reagent,it was put at 540nm wavelengths to determine absorbency.Results show that:most water chrome content is over the quality standard that the drinking water contains.This method is simple,accurate and stable,reproducible and of low cost.
