| 摘 要： | 通过对黑龙江省青少年田径运动员运动素质特征的研究,青少年田径运动员运动素质与运动成绩间存在的规律,分析其中存在的问题与不足,并提出改进青少年田径竞赛制度的建议,为发展田径后备力量提供理论依据,促进选拔优秀青少年田径运动员的成功率.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the relation between sports accomplishment and sports records of young athletes are revealed.Suggestions on promoting track and field institution are put forward by analyzing the questions and shartcoming,which provides theoretical basic for developing reserve forces and improves success rate of selecting excellent young althletes. |
