Gd_2O_3:Tm~(3+)-Yb~(3+)纳米晶粉体的制备及其上转换发光

摘    要:用化学共沉淀法制备了Tm3+、Yb3+离子共掺杂的Gd2O3纳米晶上转换荧光粉体.XRD图和SEM表明样品在1000℃、1100℃、1200℃结晶状态良好,都是完整的立方相,制备的样品是纳米粉体.该粉体在波长976 nm(在LD激光器)激发下,观测到稀土离子的可见到近红外室温上转换发射.发光强度和激发功率关系的研究揭示了其光子吸收过程,Tm3+、Yb3+间的能量传递是该上转换发光的主要机制.以Gd2O3为基质掺杂Tm3+和Yb3+的产生的近红外上转换光表明纳米颗粒在生物标识和生物成像方面有着广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:The upconversion nanocrystals powders Gd2O3∶Tm3+-Yb3+,were synthesized by the co-precipitation method.The XRD and SEM images demonstrated that the as-prepared samples were nanoparticles with well dispersed,crystallites were formed at 1000 ℃,1100 ℃,1200 ℃ without formation of any intermediate phase.The blue and the near infrared(NIR) upconversion luminescence were observed under 976 nm at room temperature.Energy transfer between Yb3+ and Tm3+ are the upconversion mechanisms
