EPVC-IB型旋风管流场测定

摘    要:本文对我校自行研制的EPVC-IB型高效旋风管内流场进行了系统的测定。给出了旋风管的结构参数,特别是分流型芯管几何参数和中孔型底板的影响规律,分析了分流型芯管提高分离效率的原因。文中引出了分离效益的概念,从流场的角度提出了这种管子的结构优化参数。

Abstract:A detailed and systematical experiment on the flow pattern for Guide Vaned Cyclone Tube of EPVC-IB developed by the author has been carried out. The three-dimensional flow velocity and static pressure distribution have been given. The variation of the flow field resulted from the various parameters of this cyclone tube, especially, from the geometrical configuration of the slotted vortex finder and the base plate is presented. Some formulae for designing EPVC-IB Guide Vaned Cyclone Tube are given. Finally, the so called collecting benefit is defined. The optimum configuration parameters of this tube are presented with field consideration of flow field.
