| 摘 要： | 目前数字电视的最大问题是传输码率太高，传输频带太宽。本文指出，若在有效区内对电视信号采用亚奈奎斯特取样，并采取ＤＰＣＭ编码，就可以大大压缩码率，降低传输带宽。

| Abstract: | The present biggest problem of the digital TV is too big transmission bit rare and too wide trans mission band. This paper points out that if the f s=2f sc of sub-Nyquist Sampling and DPCM_encoding is used for TV signal, the bit rate may be more compressed and transmission band is reduced. |
