| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了某住宅小区，在处理Ⅲ类中软地基上构筑建筑物时，采用土工合成材料作为加筋材料换填灰土垫层，形成加筋垫层，有效地减小了地基变形，增强了地基的稳定性，并达到了预期效果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the method of using geotechnical synthetic material as reinforcing material to replace lime-soil cushion and to form reinforced cushion in the course of treating moderate soft ground .It can reduce ground deformation and increase ground stabiity. |
