连续多级逆流分步结晶的研究

摘    要:介绍了连续多级逆化流分步结晶过程的原理和特点,在D=50mm×1050mm结晶将中,进行了改变进料浓度,回流比,晶体床层高度,产品纯度等参数的实验,研究了其同在规律,在原料的质量分数w为68.550%~94.187%,回流比为1.0~4.7,晶体床层高度为200~900mm范围内,得到的产品纯度均超过99.0%,产量达到6.89t/a,并在实验中得到了纯度为99.999%的高纯产品,本过程的能耗仅

Abstract:The principle and characteristic of continuous multistage fractionalcrystallization process are introduced. A large amount of cxprimental work has been doneon the crystallization process in a D = 50 x 1050mm column. The effecfts of operation con-ditions including the composition of feed, reflux ratio and the bed height of crystal oncrystallization were sysmatically studied. The experiments hoshowed that the purity ofproduct can casily exceed99.0% at the rang of feed composition amongw=68.550%-94.187%, reflux ratio among1.0-4.7, the crystal beel height among200-900mm and theyield can achieve6.89tons per year. The purity of product even achieved99.999% in sometimes of experiment. The energy consumption of this process is only about7% of that ofdistillation and it can make use of the lower testageture energy such as used heat, wasteheat and after heat et cetera in chemical plant and its operating cost is much lower than dis-tillation process. Its equipment investment cost is also lower than distillation's. Themathematical model of continuous moultistage countercurrent fractional crystallization pro-cess was also acdvanced and agreed well with experimental data in this paper.
