| 摘 要： | 介绍了地下室防水设计与施工新技术，并将其运用到实际工程中。结果表明，根据具体情况，地下室防水设计以防为主，阻排结合，采用刚柔结合的方法，在迎水面附加柔性防水层的设计方法是安全可靠的。
