| 摘 要： | 以核心家庭为例,探讨紧凑型住宅平面尺度的两个主要影响因素:家庭生活行为的细分对尺度变化的要求,现代家居产品的尺度导致的空间尺度变化.通过家庭生活行为的解析、行为单元的尺度分析以及行为的组合三个渐进的分析步骤,探求面向核心家庭的中心城区紧凑型住宅平面不同层次的尺度要求.

| Abstract: | Taking nuclear family as the example, it discusses two major factors which affect the interior dimension of down town compact apartment. One of the major factors is the special dimension of residential behavior. Another main factor is the special dimension of home appliance. Through the sequential analysis of behavior decomposition, behavior dimension and behavior combination, the results focus on different interior dimension of compact apartment in downtown area for nuclear family. |
