| 摘 要： | 结合塑料工业的发展现状与实际问题，利用通用电气公司的理论模型对华盾公司当前的产品结构进行分析，建立了５种产品发展战略方案模型，通过对模型的评价，确立了一个具有行业特色并适合企业发展状况的产品发展战略方案。
