摘    要:通过应用酯酶同工酶分析方法。探讨了不同维生素和植物生长调节剂对正红菇HG416生长的影响。结果表明:浓度为100mg/L的VE不论对提高菌株胞内酯酶活性,还是对增加菌株胞外可溶性蛋白的分泌量,效果教师最佳的;几种植物生长调节剂影响正红菇菌丝生长的实验结果显示,4mg/L的吲哚丁酸能最大限度的促进菌丝的生长、胞内酯酶活性及其胞外可溶性蛋白的分泌量。

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of plant growth regulators and vitamins on the growth of Russula vinosa , extracellular soluble protein secretion and the type of esterase isoenzyme were investigated. Esterase isoenzyme and extracellular soluble protein were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis (PAGE).Results showed that a concentration of 100mg/L of vitamin E(V E) promotes mycelial growth and secretion of extracellular soluble protein and esterase isoenzyme . Among the tested plant growth regulators, only IBA(4 mg/L) provided a considerable increase in mycelial growth, extracellular soluble protein secretion and type of esterase isoenzyme.
