| Abstract: | Huachanggou gold deposit belongs to the type of alterated spilite(this type is seldorn report-ed at home and abroad), the primary ore-forming source originate from deep-seated magma ac-cording to our research work. The gedogical character and occurence state of the gold are stated indetail in this article. |
