滑模混凝土配合比优化设计

摘    要:水泥混凝土路面目前占高级、次高级路面的比例约为 2 0 % ,随着超重车的增多 ,该比例逐年提高。滑模施工有利于提高水泥混凝土路面的质量。针对滑模施工对混凝土的和易性等性能要求高的特点 ,文章从集料的性能、单位水泥用量和用水量、坍落度和砂率等方面对滑模混凝土配合比设计进行了分析 ,然后通过掺外加剂和粉煤灰两种途径改善混凝土的性能 ,以达到混凝土内实外光的效果

Abstract:Cement concrete pavement accounts for 20% of the high class and sub-high class pavement presently,and with the increase of the overload automobiles, the percentage is increasing year by year. Slipform concreting is benificial to improving the quality of cement concrete pavement. In this paper,in order to meet the requirement of slipform concreting in the workability and other properties of the concrete,the designing of the mixture ratio of slipform concrete is studied from the contents of cement and water per unit volume of concrete,slump,sand ratio and so on. The properties of concrete can be improved by adding additive and fly ash, and the concrete can be made solid inside and smooth outside.
