摘    要:提出一种基于模糊扭矩识别的插电式四驱混合动力汽车控制策略,分别以加速踏板和制动踏板的开度和变化率为输入,通过模糊控制器得到驱动扭矩识别系数K1和制动扭矩识别系数K2,初步判断驱动和制动形式。通过实际需求扭矩制定基于规则的控制策略,详细讨论了驱动和制动模式的判别步骤。建立了基于CRUSIE Interface与Simulink的联合仿真模型,编译成可执行代码后进行了硬件在环仿真。仿真结果表明,基于模糊扭矩识别的控制策略可以实现基本的能量管理,且每百公里可以节省14.5%的燃油消耗。

Abstract:A control strategy of a 4WD PHEV is put forward based on fuzzy torque identification, drive torque identification coefficient K1 and brake identification coefficient K2 are obtained through a fuzzy controller whose inputs are the opening of the acceleration pedal and the brake pedal and their change rate, and the drive mode is preliminarily defined by the identified coefficients. Judging procedures of the drive modes and brake modes are discussed in detail by a logic threshold control strategy based on the actual required torque. A co-simulation model is created based on CRUSIE Interface and Simulink, and the model is compiled into executive codes to be simulated on dSPACE. The simulation results show that the control strategy based on fuzzy torque identification can realized the basic energy management and the fuel consumption of 100km is reduced by 14.5%.
