| 摘 要： | 宪法规范是宪法学基本范畴之一.目前学术界对宪法规范诸多理论问题尚存争议.宪法规范是存在于宪法体系之中的一种法律规则;宪法规范的逻辑结构有两种;一种结构由行为主体、行为模式和法律后果构成,另一种结构由行为主体、行为模式构成;宪法规范不仅具有根本性、原则性、纲领性,而且具有制裁性的特点.
