| 摘 要： | 孔子和老子在义利观上有相近之处,包括把利进行划分,强调要爱惜民利,指出了精神对物质的能动作用.但更多的还在于区别和差异上,主要表现在义对利的作用认识、利的等级适用、对待社会发展的态度和义利观的性质等诸方面.

| Abstract: | There are many same places with idea of moral and profit between Confucius and Lao-tuz,including distinguishing profit,emphasizing cherish people's profit,pointing out the effect mind on matter.Moreover,the differences represent the action moral on profit,class suit of profit,attitude with society development,and the quality of the idea,etc. |
