基于GIS海洋自动化系统的开发与应用

摘    要:从组件式技术出发,采用了MapX,Visual Basic,SQL Server2000集成技术设计开发了浙江省海洋业务信息系统.该系统主要实现了基于海洋系统的相关数据录入与修改;浙江省及周边地区相关GIS信息的录入、修改和显示;在最新的或者用户自定义的map上面显示实时的热带气旋路径及相关信息的显示;在有相关资料的情况下实现历史台风查询;比较各国对于同一台风的不同预报结论给出参考意见及依据.本研究的优势主要有2个方面:一是用数据库系统代替文件系统存储GIS和海洋数据信息;二是把GIS和海洋业务系统相结合,设计出来的新系统应用更加方便、功能更加强大.

Development and application of marine system based on GIS

Abstract:Based on components technology,a compositive information system of marin meteorology is developed by using MapX5.0,Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000.The system mainly realizes five functions.First,the system has mainly realized the correlation data input and revision based on the marine system;secondly, the relevant GIS(geographic information system) information of Zhejiang province and the surrounding areas can be input,modified and displayed;thirdly,the real-time path of tropical cyclones and related information is showed on the latest or user defined map;fourthly,the historical typhoon inquiry will be achieved when data-base has relevant information;finally,the conclusion and basis can be offered by comparing the same typhoon forecasting from the different countries.The study has two main advantages.On the one hand,the GIS and marine data are stored in database system instead of file system.On the other hand,the design of new system is more convenient and more powerful by combining the GIS with marine system.
