| 摘 要： | 随着柴油机向高速、大功率、高效率方向发展,发动机对冷却系统的要求越来越高,冷却系统与发动机的匹配与否,直接关系到发动机的使用寿命、工作效率等,因此正确的匹配发动机的冷却系统是一个重要课题。文章主要介绍轻型载货汽车冷却系统的设计原则、匹配设计的方法、步骤,并结合某款车型冷却系统的设计,对该系列车型的散热器的选用、风扇的匹配进行了验算。

| Abstract: | As the developments of diesel engine move toward high speed,big power and high efficiency,the demamds for its cooling system become more amd more important.The matching of cooling system with the engine has direct impact on the life-span,and work efficiecy of the engine.So proper matching of the cooling system with the engine is a primary issue.The paper mainly introduces the design principles,matching methods and process of the cooling system for a light-duty truck.Based on the desigh of the cooling system for a light-duty truck,the selection of radiator and fan to match with the cooling system is also weighed and calculated. |
