摘    要:区域综合承载力评价是不确定性系统的分析问题,包含高度的非线性关系.作者建立了多子系统非线性隶属函数的集对耦合分析综合评价方法与系统的评价步骤,提出了针对不同评价指标的非线性隶属函数构建形式,并首次将水环境指标纳入到区域综合承载力评价体系之中.通过天津滨海新区区域综合承载力评价验证方法体系有效性,结果表明其不仅具有简洁、易操作和高精度等优点,同时可以为区域科学管理及时提供综合承载力的制约因子.

Abstract:Regional comprehensive carrying capacity assessment is an issue of uncertainty system analysis with high nonlinear characteristics. The method of multi-systems nonlinear set pair coupling assessment with nonlinear membership function and its systematic evaluation procedure are proposed in this paper. The nonlinear membership functions were built for different evaluation index. And the water quality index was introduced into the assessment system of regional comprehensive carrying capacity firstly. The effectiveness of proposed method has been verified by calibrating the capacity of new coastal region in Tianjin. This shows that the proposed assessment method has advantages of simplicity, easy-operation and high precision, and it can also provide the constraint factors of carrying capacity for regional scientific management in time.
