数字图像处理技术在膜图像处理中的应用

摘    要:为了在膜分离过程的数值模拟中建立准确的几何模型,利用数字图像处理技术,通过灰度变换、中值滤波、图像分割、边缘检测和矢量化等方法,处理了膜的SEM(扫描电镜)图像,得到了膜的边界矢量图和膜的孔隙率等结构参数.结果表明,处理后的膜断面图像准确地呈现出了膜内部的结构信息.

Abstract:The technology of digital image processing has been used in this research to build an accurate geometric model for numerically simulating the process of membrane separation. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) image of membrane was processed by the measures of grey level transformation, median filtering, image segmentation, edge detection and vectorization. As a result, the structural parameters of membrane such as porosity and margin vector map were obtained. It is indicated that the cross-section image of membrane after image processing could present the structural information inside membrane with high accuracy.
