健美操与女大学生抑郁水平、身体自尊水平的研究

摘    要:通过健美操教学实践、问卷调查和统计分析的方法,对女大学生抑郁水平、身体自尊水平的关系进行了调查研究,结果表明(:1)总体上来看,健美操教学实践对女大学生的抑郁水平和身体自尊水平具有重要影响(;2)女大学生抑郁水平与身体自尊水平具有高度负相关;(3)有健美操锻炼习惯的女大学生比没有健美操锻炼习惯的女大学生具有较低的抑郁水平和较高的身体自尊水平,差异显著。

Abstract:This essay examined the relationships among depression and body-esteem in university women students with aerobics teaching, questionnaire and statistical methods. The results showed: (1)Generally, the aerobics teaching have an important effect on the level of depression and body-esteem of female university students.(2)There were significant negative correlation between the level of depression and body-esteem.(3)The female students with the habit of aerobics exercising have lower level of depression and higher body-esteem than those who have no habit. The different is significant.
