| 摘 要： | 针对矩法估计存在不足，文章提出了利用样本均值、样本均值绝对离差作为总体均值、均值绝对离差估计量的思想方法，从而得到了位置参数、尺度参数的估计量。本文最后通过在正态分布中随机抽取样本的方法对矩法估计与均值绝对离差估计的优劣性进行了比较。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a new way of deviation as an estimator of the population mean and using the sample mean and the sample mean absolute the mean absolute deviation for the estimator of the location parameter and the scale parameter. Finally, the paper compares the moment method with the mean absolute deviation method by the method of sample in the normal distribution. |
