摘    要:本文从液性塑料轴系销定装置的锁紧机理出发,分析了在温度变化的情况下造成其锁紧力矩不稳定的各影响因素,针对该锁定装置的这一缺陷,作者从液性塑料的组成成分、装置的结构及材料等方面提出了解决方法及措施,从而满足了其锁紧力矩的稳定要求,并通过实验证实其可行性.

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of the varying temperatures on the locking moment of the liquid plastics locking device for axle systems is analyzed according to the lockingfunctions, which makes the locking moment vary with the temperatures. Through the researchon the characters of liquid plastics and the important component parts, author finds several compensating methods in order to overcome the defaults and keep the locking moment stable. So thatthe research conclusions can meet the demands of the reliability and they are also proved with theexperiments results.-
