摘    要:通过正交实验和方差分析,对城市污水优势降解细菌M-6菌株液体营养条件进行了优化,其最适组成为:淀粉0.5%,牛肉膏0.6%,KNO30.4%,KH2PO40.3%,NaCl0.5%.方差分析结果表明,各营养因子对生物量的影响均不显著,相比而言,KH2PO4的影响较大,且趋向于在较高的KH2PO4浓度下生长.这可能与其在污水处理中处于优势地位有关.

Abstract:By using the method of design and result analysis of the orthogonal experiment, optimal nutrition conditions for the strain M-6 in liquid medium were filtered, which were composed of (%): Starch soluble, 1; Beef extract, 0.6;KNO3 0.4, KH2PO4 0.3; NaCl 0.5. Mean Square analysis result indicates: changes of all the selected nutrition factors and their levels have some effect on biomass yield. However, changes of the KH2PO4 concentration also have some effect on biomass yield. Strain M-6 maybe benefits the treatment of municipal sewage.
