当今时代,全球化和信息化加强了各国经济的相互依赖,也改变了各国发展的国际环境并丰富了它们进行互动的方式。在空前开放的国际环境下,任何国家的发展都已不可能在封闭的状态下进行,国际舆论对国家发展的影响日益重要。中国需要全方位、多渠道地与外国进行沟通,更好地“让世界了解自己”,为自己的发展营造良好的国际舆论环境。

In the present Information Age,globalization and information revolution have strengthened the interdependency(between) the economies of various nations,changed the international context of national development and diversified the means and ways of interaction among them as well.As the international context now is being characterized by unprecedented openness,the development of any nation cannot be possibly promoted in isolation from the outside world.Global public opinion is making an(increasingly) important impact on national development.China needs to communicate with foreign countries through various channels and in an integrated way so as to enable the world to know China better and to create a favorable worldwide public opinion environment for its development.
