| Abstract: | The recycling economy is analyzed.Considers that,the recycling economy is ecological economy of the feedback loop and material flows.The implementation of recycling economy strategies need to standardize the government's management paradigm rationally.Points out that,a strong and active government and a healthy governance paradigm is the prerequisite and basis for building a recycling-oriented society. |
