| 摘 要： | 采用种传实验、治疗性脱毒实验、电镜负染法(EM)、血清学及生物学测定等方法,对海南黄灯笼辣椒种传病毒进行检测,结果初步表明:海南黄灯笼辣椒病毒病能够通过种子传毒,种子中可检测到黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV).

| Abstract: | Employing the experimentations of seed treatment,therapeutic ab-toxin treatment,Electron Mirror negative dying(EM),serologic methods of antiserum by ELISA,and a biological determination,seed-borne Viruses of Capsicum chinese Jacq.in Hainan was analyzed and identified.The results obtained from these experiments show that the viruses of Capsicum chinense in Hainan can be disseminated through seeds and cucumber mosaic virus(CMV) was identified from the seeds. |
