中华大蟾蜍冬眠前后血浆性激素变化的研究

本文研究了中华大蟾蜍冬眠前后血浆性激素的变化,其结果如下: 雄性蟾蜍在冬眠前血浆睾酮含量较高;冬眠期血浆睾酮含量最高;而冬眠后血浆睾酮含量显著下降。雌性蟾蜍在冬眠前血浆雌二醇含量高;冬眠期血浆雌二醇含量较高;冬眠后血浆雌二醇含量显著降低。

Studies on Variance of Sexual Harmone in Blood Plasma of Bnfo Bufo Gargarizans Before and after Hibernation

This article discusses some variance of sexual harmone is blood plasma of Bufo bufo gargarizans before and after hibernation and comes to conclusions as follows. Before hibernation, the amount of testosterone of male-Bufo bufo gargarizans comes rather high, in hibernation, it reaches the highest, but after hibernation, it begins to decline greatly. In contrast 1o the male-Bufo bufo gargarizans, the amount of estradial in blood plasma of female-Bufo bufo gargarizans, before its hibernation, is rather high, too. In the peried of hibernation, its amount is still comparatively high; but after hibernation the amount of estradial is immensely, declining.
