| Abstract: | Through analysis on present situation of public libraries, this paper points out where the problems stand, and puts forward the suggestions of promoting the development of public libraries.These suggestions include renewing the opinion, establishing brand consciousness, giving full play to the superiority of holdings ,developing information trade and introducing competitive mechanism. |
