The deviation of the new army in the Last Years of Qing Dynasty was closely related to its intellectualization.A large number of intellectuals with certain cultural foundation joined the new army,which facilitated the bourgeois revolutionaries to propaganda in the new army;the same as their intellectualization,they produced more thoughts and doubts to the social status and the Qing government,which speeded up its disunity process away from the Qing government,then turned against the Qing revolutionary camp,and eventually became the opposite of Qing government.
