固态反应非晶形成的热力学分析

摘    要:研究了机械合金化固态反应形成非晶的热力学条件,并用 Miedema 模型以及纯组元非晶态自由能的几种表达式计算 Co-Ti 二元固态反应非晶形成范围,所得结果与 Gallego,H.Kimura 以及作者最近的实验结果相符。

Abstract:The thermodynamic conditions under which the amorphous solidcan be formed by means of a solid--state reaction technique, i.e. amorphizationby mechanical alloying(AMA), were discussed. Miedema model was applied tothe calcu1ation of the glass forming range(GFR) of Co--Ti binary system insolid--state reaction. Some expressions were also used to take the differencein Gibbs free energy of amorphous phase and that of crystalline phase, regard-ing the system as a single component. The results are in conformity to thoseby Gallego and H.Kimura especially that of late by authors.
