中国资本市场发展的现状及思路

我国资本市场在发展中存在着资本市场总量规模小，发育程度低，资本的可交易性和流动性低，资本市场效率较低，资本市场主体缺位四个方面问题。目前应从公有制实现形式的创新，完善资本市场制度，结合国企战略性改组，推动存量结构优化，完善资本市场监管制度四个方面予以规范。我国资本市场未来应沿着两方面发展，即资本市场的多层次发展和资本市场渐进式的国际化发展。

Present Situation and Thinking in China''''s Capital Market

There exist four problems in the development of China's capital market. They are small-scaled total amount, low-level development, poor trading and slow circulation, inefficiency and lack of market subjects. At present, great effort should be made from four aspects to standardize it. That is to innovate the realization of the public ownership, to improve the capital market system, to optimize storage and measurement structure combining with the state-run enterprise strategic re-organization and to perfect capital market supervisory system. China's capital market is supposed to follow two ways, one is to promote its multi-layer development, the other is to internationalize its advance gradually.
