| 摘 要： | 收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康老年女性血沉参考值，并对其与地理因素的关系进行了研究，发现海拔高度是影响老年女性血沉参考值最主要的因素，随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，老年女性血沉参考值在逐渐的减小，相关性很显，用逐步回归分析的方法推导出一个回归方程，如果知道了中国某地的地理因素，就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的老年女性血沉参考值。

| Abstract: | A research is made about relationship between the reference value of Chinese old women's ESR and five geographical factors,which are determined by the way of wintrobe lows.It is found that altitude is the main factor affecting the reference value of Chinese old women's ESR.As the altitude increase gradually,the reference value of Chinese old women's ESR decrease gradually,the correlation is quite obvious.Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis,one regression equation is given out.If geographical index values are obtained in some areas,the reference value of Chinese old women's ESR of this area can be reckoned using regression equation. |
