舰艇编队防御BM/C3仿真模型框架研究

摘    要:面向舰艇编队防御BM/C^3建模仿真在武器系统效能评估中的应用需求,研究了舰艇编队防御BM/C^3系统的组成和功能。根据系统的自治性,层次性,动态性,复杂性,关键性特点,采用OEM建模方法分析了舰艇编队防御BM/C^3仿真模型体系的构成,模型间的静态和动态关系,并提出通过描述模型的内部活动,外部接口,底层支持来建立典型的指挥决策模型。最后,给出一个单舰指挥决策模型实例。

Abstract:To meet the demands of weapon system effectiveness assessment, this paper discusses the modeling approach of BM/C3 system in ship formation defense. After analyzing the components and functions and the characteristics such as autonomy, hierarchy, dynamics, complexity and criticality of BM/C3 system in ship formation defense, the authors elaborate the suitability of OEM(Object-oriented Entity Modeling) method as the modeling approach for BM/C3 system and analyze the architecture of system simulation models and the static and dynamic relationship between the models. The authors then present how to create a typical command and control model by modeling the internal activities, external interfaces and fundamental functions separately. Finally, a case of ship command model is offered.
