| 摘 要： | 供应链管理战略规划中信息及竞争情报至关重要。本文分析了供应链管理及其战略规划的主要内容;应链战略规划主要包括供应链体系设计与合作伙伴选择两方面,供应链体系设计的竞争情报需求包括存货、运输、生产、选址的情报需求,供应链合作伙伴选择的竞争情报需求包括供应商、服务商、客户选择的情报需求。

| Abstract: | Information and Competitive Intelligence(CI)are critical for Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy planning.This paper discusses the main contents of SCM and its strategy planning. The SCM strategy planning mainly includes SCM system design and partners selection. The CI requirements in SC system design include the intelligence requirements of inventory,transportation,manufacture and location. The CI require?ments in SC cooperation partners selection are composed of the intelligence requirements of suppliers,service providers and customers choice. |
