| 摘 要： | 创新是提高国家综合实力的关键。企业在当今知识经济时代大发展的背景下,只有整合资源把自己的创新网络构建强大,才能找到可持续发展之路。本文在阐述构建企业创新网络意义的基础上,从知识资本流动这一全新理论视阈构架了企业创新网络,并对知识经济时代如何培育企业创新网络给出了建议。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the key to improve the national comprehensive strength. Enterprises, under the background of great development for intellectual economicera, only with the integration of resources canenhan?cetheir own innovation network, and find the path of sustainable development. In this paper, on the basis of ex?plaining the significance of building enterprise innovation network, from a new theory perspective of intellectual capital flow, built the enterprise innovation network, and provided suggestions on how to cultivate enterprise in?novation network in the intellectual economic era. |
