K型圆钢管搭接节点极限承载力的有限元分析

摘    要:对72个K型圆钢管搭接节点和18个零间隙节点进行了非线性有限元分析。重点考察了内隐蔽处焊接/不焊和被搭接管受拉/压对搭接节点破坏模式和极限承载力的影响;并将搭接节点与零间隙节点电承载力作了比较,指出规范中相关规定的不足之处。

Abstract:Nonlinear finite element analysis of 72 overlap tubular K-joints and 18 zero-gap K-joints is carried out.The emphasis of the study is on the effects of hidden weld present or absent and through brace in compression or tension on the failure mode and ultimate capacity of overlap joints.A comparison is made between overlap joints and zero-gap joints with regard to the bearing capacity.The drawback of the ultimate capacity formula in the related code is pointed out.
