| 摘 要： | 目前，我国建筑业普遍存在着“大而不强，小而不专”及重复建设等弊病，本文将供应链管理思想引入建筑行业，分析了在建筑业实施供应链管理的必要性与可行性，为建筑业的变革提出一个新的思路。
