| 摘 要： | 对当前环保部门存在的污染源在线系统管理的两种模式进行了探讨,以太原市污染源在线监控系统的建设、运行、维护和管理为例,分析了以监测部门为核心的系统运行管理模式的优越性和存在问题,并对污染源在线监控管理模式的发展方向进行了展望。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into two modes of pollution sources＇on line supervisory control adopted by environmental protection bureaus at present,and taking the construction,operation,maintenance and management of pollution sources＇ on line supervisory control of Taiyuan as the example,analyzes the superiorities of and problems existing in the operation and management mode of the system centered by monitoring departments,and looks forward to the development directions of pollution sources＇on line supervisory control mode. |
