摘    要:本文以互联电力系统可靠性评价为背景,建立了具有顶点随机裕度和边随机容量的全随机网流FCSN数学模型,构造了用于直接随机运算的割集随机流函数显函表达式,从理论上证明了其可行性和唯一性。并且提出了采用模块分解的有效算法,进一步显著减少了FCSN的计算量。计算机算例表明,FCSN的CPU时间仅为以往逐次确定性网流法的1/241-1/111以下,精度却不降低,因此可以用来研究以往无法研究的复杂随机网流问题。FCSN在互联电力系统可靠性评价中的应用将另文报导。

Abstract:Against the background of interconnected power system reliability evaluation a mathematical model for Flows in Complete Stochastic Networks (FCSN) with vertex stochastic margins and edge stochastic capacities is established in this paper. An explicit function relation of cutset stochastic flow functions for di- rect stochastic calculation is formulated and the feasibility and uniqueness are proved theoretically. An algorithm adopting modular decomposite is proposed to reduce the amount of calculation of FCSN. An example on a computer shows that the CPU time of FCSN is less than 1/241-1/111 of that of the existing me- thods of successively using flows in deterministic networks, without any loss of accuracy. Therefore, the FCSN can be used to study complex problems on flows in stochastic networks that could not be studied before. The applications of FCSN in interconnected power system reliability evaluations will be reported in ano- ther paper.
