抗静电剂对阻燃纤维的摩擦和静电性能影响

摘    要:选用YG321型纤维比电阻试验仪以及Y151型纤维摩擦系数测定仪测试了施加抗静电剂后,阻燃纤维摩擦、静电性能的变化情况.结果显示,阻燃纤维经非离子抗静电剂处理后,阻燃纤维与金属辊、橡胶辊的静摩擦系数均下降;经阳离子型抗静电剂处理后,只有腈氯纶纤维与橡胶辊的静摩擦系数下降,其他阻燃纤维的静摩擦系数都有所增加,阻燃纤维与金属辊、橡胶辊的动摩擦系数有增加有减少;阻燃纤维的质量比电阻经非离子抗静电剂处理之后均下降,经阳离子型抗静电剂处理之后,除了维纶和国产芳纶的质量比电阻变化不大外,其他阻燃纤维的质量比电阻均下降.非离子抗静电剂对阻燃纤维的摩擦和静电作用优于阳离子型.

Abstract:The variety of the friction and the static characteristic of the flame-retardant fibers after the antistatic agent treatment were researched. The results indicate that the static friction coefficient of the flame-retardant fibers with the metal roll and the rubber roll decrease after the non-ion antistatic agent treatment. The static friction coefficient of the nitrile chlorine fiber with the rubber roll decrease only after the cation antistatic agent treatment, and others increased. While the dynamic friction coefficient of the flame retardant fibers with the metal roller and the rubber roll increasor reduce,the mass resistivity of the flame-retardant fibers decrease after the non-ion antistatic agent treatment, the mass resistivity of other flame-retardant fibers decrease except the vinylon and armaid fiber produced in China after the cation antistatic agent treatment. The influence of the non-ion antistatic agent is better than the cation antistatic agent on the friction and the static characteristic of the flameretardant fibers.
