浅谈小型病险水库除险加固工作

目前许多小型水库存在管理设施简陋、管理人员专业技术水平偏低、管理单位经济基础薄弱,同时防洪能力不足、工程老化严重等突出问题。根据施工经验,分析了小型水库出险的基本原因,提出了除险加固的管理措施和技术措施。

Talking about the Danger-elimination and Reinforcement Work of Small Unsafe Reservoirs

At present, there are some problems in many small reservoirs such as the humble management facilities, lower professional management level of staff members, and the weak economic foundation of management units, the poorer flood control capacities, and the serious engineering aging situation, etc. Based on the construction experiences, this paper analyzes the basic reasons of the dangerous situations of small reservoirs, and puts forward some managing and technical measures for danger-elimination and reinforcement.
