山东省农业科技创新主体研究

目前山东省农业科技创新主体成为制约农业科技创新发展的重要因素,从农业科技创新过程的各个阶段及各阶段的不同主体入手,结合各创新主体的特点,本着实现农业科技创新各阶段无缝衔接的原则,设计理想的农业科技创新主体的逻辑关系,即农业龙头企业是农业科技创新主体的核心,高校和科研机构是农业科技基础研究和理论研究创新的主体和中试的主体,农户是基层技术创新的主体,政产学研用对各创新主体的凝聚作用,通过多样化联系形式,将不同阶段的创新主体联系起来;并有针对性地提出相应的对策建议。
