企业年金在科技型企业中的激励作用分析与对策研究

摘    要:科技型企业在构建战略性新兴产业及产业结构优化升级中所起的作用越来越大,而当前科技人才的流动性却很大,这使得科技型企业在人才激励方面更要有突出之处。就企业年金这一长期的薪酬激励机制展开讨论,分析了目前科技型企业中激励机制的现状,指出针对高层次的科技人才实行差异化年金制度的必要性,并提出切实可行的对策。

Abstract:Science and technology enterprises have played the growing role in building strategic emerging industries and upgrading the industrial structure optimization, and technical personnel mobility is great now, which makes science and technology enterprises should outstanding more in talent incentive. The long-term enterprise annuity incentive mechanism is discussed ; the current status of incentive mechanism in science and technology enterprises is analyzed; the necessity to implement differentiated pension system for the high-level technical talents is pointed out, and practical countermeasures are proposed.
