| Abstract: | This paper introduced the main contents of stratigic environmental assessement guarantee system in our country,including legislation guarantee, organization guarantee,technogical guarantee,consensus guarantee and etc.This paper considered the important functions of the above four aspects and their correlations in some detail.Through analysis of strategic environmental assessment guarantee system,it made the importance of practical guarantee system to SEA in our country clear. |
